my daughter was 14 an i began haven problems she told me she ha a boyfriend that was 17 i was not happy she began not coming home i suspected she was us en drugs she started not coming home i would call around an threaten to call cops if she didn't come home well as time passed i found out she waspregnant at 15 buy this boy who i now learn is 19 an she became very loyale to i also found out he was in the gang renegade an so was she i didnt know what to do or how to handle situation sence she wouldnt come home an the cops coldnt make her i felt as tho i had to except it. well his family had been helping her hide from me an starting getting her high well she had my grandaughter an i let them both live with me for my daughter an grandaugters sake they shortly after broke up an she got on herion because his uncle began tryn to talk to her i had my grandaughter for 5 years now he ran off an had another baby never supported my grandaughter my daughter ended up in jail an now he is tryn to take my grandaugter from me an my daughter is in work release sober for a year now he has never supprted his daughter an now is tryn to take her an sue us for support medical bills an birth an all of he bills were paid by medicaide an he has ade a mess of my daughters life an now at 21 she realizes this he wasnt 17 he was 19 she had lied to me at the time can she persue him for statutory rape now that she is of age an has a straight head an can clearly see what has really happened to her i truely need some advice thank you
