W W Renegade 250 Chipper/Shredder Engine Replacement?

I have an old W W Chipper/Shredder Renegade 250. The engine has recently quit working, so I am looking for a similar replacement engine. It currently has a Briggs and Stratton 5 HP gas engine, I believe with a gear reduction (not 100% on that). If anyone can give me information on a similar engine that Briggs and Stratton makes now, please let me know. Also, if you know if these older Briggs and Stratton engines had gear reductions, that would also be extremely helpful. All answers are greatly appreciated!
