How many renegade points do I need to get morinith in Mass effect 2?

I'm replaying Mass effect 2, and I never had the chance to get Morinith for my team due to lack of points, does anyone know how many points (minium) I need to get her? Or how many points until the Renegade bar is filled all the way up? I tried google, but I didn't find an answer :(
