My Exercise is FAILING! Help Please? :) (Re-post)?

Okay first thing you have to do I eat breakfast your metabolism kicks in and speed up each time you eat breakfast also do interval training which mean to run for let's say 30 sec then jog for a minute and so on you can change it if you want but it burns more calories and will help you lose weight just keep it up hope you lose the 25 and more :)
