Pointes Shoes for my feet?

There aren't any dance shoes near where i live and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for pointe shoes suitable to my foot. I dondon'ted lectures on why not to buy online just helpful suggest. I had tapered toes or egyEgyptian low/medium arch,wide foot, im a beginner and i wear size 10 street shoe. Suggestions for shoe brands and models in what size and width are appreciated!! Thanks!
