Should Colonel Gadaffi be removed from office?

The renegade Libyan ambassador to the UN is on the side of the lawyers and yet has commited fraud with his words, not a good sign. Is the exit strategy a letter of explaination with a chq payable to Libya with a promise no opposition lawyers will be rewarded for anti capitalist moves in the future (street protest), an invoice for the victims of the lawyers who called for the people to stand up and be shot or the illegitimate lawyers to continue their agression against progress?
