Will Catalonia and the Basque Country declare independence if Rajoy (Francisco Franco 2) gets elected PM?

I think that labelling Rajoy as Francisco Franco 2 is a bit exagerated. And of course, neither the Basque Country nor Catalonia will declare independence. The 1978 constitution declares Spain is a state of autonomies but it still enjoys a national unity. And think,if Zapatero doesn'twant it, Rajoy less.
