How To Loose as Much Weight as Possible in a Week?

If you have a well planned meal and exercise, there is no point in hurrying up losing weight. Losing much weight in a short time frame can hurt your body. You will develop heart conditions, and your immune system begins to plummet. This is due to over exertion and nutrient deprivation. Give it a few months for the program to work, you'll see. you will be slimmer, healthier, thus, you become more attractive. But if you lose weight too much, you'll look anorexic.
