Using one word,why would Mussolini,Franco & Hitler be anti-diversity, and anti-multiculturalism?

Hitler would like Vermont, the fewest amount of blacks of any state. Mussolini wasnt racist. He was only against political dissenters. The same way Woodrow Wilson was in the US.
